A1: High altitude (over 2,300m) results in thinner air and reduced cooling efficiency. We compensate for this by offering motors with Class F insulation and enhanced cooling fins. We recommend a 10-15% derating of the motor's power or using our aluminum housing models for superior heat dissipation.
A2: Our DC motors (12V/24V/48V) are highly resilient when used with regulated power supplies. For AC motors, we provide custom winding options that can tolerate a ±10% voltage variance, ensuring reliability even during peak grid usage hours.
