The founder graduated with a major in automation control. Since entering the gear reduction industry in 2004, the company was established in 2011 after several years of theoretical study and practical accumulation. With the continuous growth of business, significant investment was made to set up specialized production and processing workshops in 2014. There are currently more than 80 employees, of whom about 45% are non-frontline operators. These personnel are active in the R&D department, sales and service department, incoming material inspection production line, and process inspection production line, which provide a strong guarantee for reliable quality and continuous improvement.
