What information is needed for an inquiry?
For AC or DC geared motors, we need to know the rated power, voltage, rpm requirements, torque requirements, working environment, life-time requirements, sound levels, waterproof rating, and installation space.
Can I request a sample order?
Yes, we provide samples for our customers. The sample fee will be refunded after a certain number of formal orders are placed.
How do you ensure quality control?
Our factory is certified with ISO9001 and TS 16949. We have more than 10 quality inspectors and professional testing equipment including three coordinates, silent rooms, dynamometers, and life testing machines.
What are your payment terms?
We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance, T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. A 30-50% deposit is available, with the balance paid before shipping.
What is your standard packing method?
We use safe packing with foam wrapping, strong inner boxes, and outer cartons. Large quantities are packaged with pallets for extra security.
